Kneeling

To begin with, in the position of “Kneeling,” a meaning unfolds. Woven with the threads of human emotion. Along is a symbol of security and comfort. This posture tells a story delving deep into the core of our feelings.  Where solace and celebration blend.
To continue our journey on this subject. It begins even before our first breath in our mother’s womb—moreover, a realm of security, a universe painted with beautiful images. We are natural swimmers in this cosmos as we dwell within. Yet, as life grows beyond the womb, many of us forget to flow, with potentially dire consequences. The security we once held within us slips away rapidly. And once we emerge into the world, we seldom yearn to return.
This subject materialized during technological advancement as I was engrossed in a spontaneous moment watching a music video. The actor knelt inside a semi-cave. Further, adopting the same fetal position. It’s a gesture that spanned countless years, touching our shared human experience.
I employed a model to infuse the artwork with emotion in my creative process. Also, the idea draws a connection to the ancient Inca civilization. Their disease rests in colossal vessels, echoing the fetal embrace of life and death.
This theme also goes back to a time of innocence. A cherished memory of a loved one.  Who introduced me to this profound subject. Sometimes, as we delve deeper into the intricacies of life and its meanings, we are met with both pain and reward. We navigate a world awash with judgments, and our patience wanes for those who embrace falsehoods.
All along, I have been deeply passionate about teaching art to children. Sharing the boundless possibilities within the creativity process.
“Kneeling” is more than a mere artistic endeavor. It’s a testament to the human journey. It reminds us that we find strength and resilience even in our most vulnerable moments. To conclude, it offers solace to the soul and connects us to the universal embrace of the fetal position.Kneeling

Enigmatic Creatures

Enigmatic Creatures: Symbols in the Shadows

Enigmatic creatures explore the deep secret of life’s many facets. Birds and humans united in this tableau. Their stories are woven with threads of fascination and mystery.
Indeed, the raven carries a reputation of doom. An omen of evil associated with graves and death. Yet, it possesses a remarkable talent for communication. In the medieval period, these birds served as a vital means of transmitting messages.
However, they should not be harmed because they may retaliate by shattering windows. A testament to their intelligence and resilience.
Another enigmatic symbol gracing this canvas is the owl, a symbol of wisdom and enlightenment. His penetrating eyes offer a perspective on the wild and unknown. A contemplative gaze is warning us of impending threads. To the Celts and Egyptians, it was a gatekeeper to other realms, mainly guiding the souls of the departed.
Moreover, a human emerges with a gas mask, which signals a society in turmoil. Behind the owl, a woman in a tunic represents the saintly. Perhaps, a hope we all carry within us.
Also, Just beyond, near the house’s left side, an entity recalls eerie encounters.  It has been in the back of my head for so many years. A figure passed next to me, shutting doors and walking away through the back door yard.
I chose to interpret these subjects during the night. It also adds unity because it focuses on less distraction and makes it easy to look at.
Besides, the composition is parallel. The object held to the other. Over and above, it makes the painting more dynamic.
In conclusion, “enigmatic creatures” invite us to consider life’s secrets. We recognize the sacred and embrace the wonder that lingers just beyond the veil of our existence.

The Tide

The Tide A Flow of Life’s Essence

Within the canvas of “The Tide,” we find a mirror on the nature of existence, where every retreat marks both an end and a fresh beginning. A  dance of life itself.
As we stand here, four years since the scourge of COVID-19 swept through our world. We remember the harsh reality it imposed. Masks were not mere accessories; they became lifelines. When even the air felt scarce. In those trying times, we lost friends, their absence haunting us. The absence of proper farewells and burials is a painful complexity. Yet, here we stand, survivors made stronger by adversity. Bracing ourselves for the uncertain tides of the future. For now, new epidemics threaten to surface.
Besides, in its ceaseless motion, the tide mirrors our existence duality. A torrent of emotions interwoven with the beauty of the sun casting its golden glow. It symbolizes hope, the belief in positive forces and higher beings watching over us. Indeed, we are not alone in this vast universe. but this notion often stirs jealousy, a reminder to seek protection and keep negativity at bay.
Still, Humanity’s presence is notably absent within the tide. Besides embracing,  an allegory for our strong hopes. It beckons introspection, posing questions about the depth of our emotions. Have we, in our relentless pursuits, eroded our connection with our own essence?
Moreover, centuries of history have etched humanity’s tale in cyclical patterns. A moment. where we strive, falter, learn, and evolve. The lessons we glean from our past determine our growth in the present.
“The Tide” is proof of the power of minimalist art, where simplicity expands to magnify life’s deep truths. It mirrors the vastness of our experiences. The waves, like our journey, represent the pursuit of eternal being. The canvas displays the sparkling beauty and vitality of our existence. However, it also embodies the principle that true worth is born of struggle and perseverance.
